So I went home on thursday using a point. (out side of all other ways to go home we have a demerit system.) I asked if I would go on probation at 4 points and was told no. That probation was at 4.5 but today I had to sign probationary paper work cause its not at 4.5

6 points = fired
4 - 5.5 is probation
3.5 and below doesnt really matter.

So from May 8 till 90 days after Im on probation. yata yata blah blah.

I put in for a job change but I dont kno if I got it cause my probation might stop it from happening. I was gonna cash like at least a 1000$ in stock next week but I cant do that on probation either. I also lose my monthly bonus which will end up being like between 600 and 900$

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Edit. Even though I got my acceptance letter and approval for my job change there not gonna let me have it since I hit probation.
